Preparing for the experience

being prepared for the Event

  • We discuss all food allergies and make a clear depiction of any dietary guidelines that must be followed.

  • Food is prepped and prepared on site/in home, so we need to be aware of what equipment will be available to use.

  • The menu design and number of guests will determine the arrival time, but an early arrival will make for optimal experience.

  • Once the dinner bell rings we are ten minuets out from the beginning of service.

  • Before we leave we ensure that the kitchen is spotless and dishes are clean and in there place as if it never happened.
