Preparing for the experience
being prepared for the Event
We discuss all food allergies and make a clear depiction of any dietary guidelines that must be followed.
Food is prepped and prepared on site/in home, so we need to be aware of what equipment will be available to use.
The menu design and number of guests will determine the arrival time, but an early arrival will make for optimal experience.
Once the dinner bell rings we are ten minuets out from the beginning of service.
Before we leave we ensure that the kitchen is spotless and dishes are clean and in there place as if it never happened.
